| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The general purpose of the State Personnel Director in conducting the hearing was to provide, with regards to the State Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures, for the following:
A) Modification of Chapter 2, Jobs rules, to correct two typographic errors in the Authority section of the rule, to clarify language in Rule 2-10 A to comport with contemporary practices, and clarify language in Rule 2-10 C to comport with contemporary practices;
B) Modification of Chapter 3, Compensation rules, to clarify language to comport with contemporary practices; and
C) Modification of Chapter 7, Separations rules, clarifying language in Rule 7-14 regarding layoff plans and layoff notices to comport with contemporary best practices. |
