Description of Subjects/Issues Rule 9 is established to explain the certification and operational requirements for the conduct of certified third party motorcycle rider skills testers. The amendments are to address administrative procedures related to the new DRIVES computer system.
Purpose/Objective of Rule This rule establishes the certification and operational requirements for the conduct of certified third-party motorcycle rider skills testers.
