This rule governs annual contracts between the department and vendors and primary users for the purpose of establishing, regulating, and maintaining the bulk electronic transfer of information.

| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This rule review’s intent is to better clarify the governance of annual contracts between the department and vendors and primary users for the purpose of establishing, regulating, and maintaining the bulk electronic transfer of information and to highlight that the rule does not apply to any federal, state, or local governmental agency that receives Data directly from the department. |
