| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal the Rules Pertaining to “Reimbursement of Board Member Expenses” at 8 CCR 1209-1. After review of this rule the Value-Added Development Board determined that this rule is unnecessary as the board can use the reimbursement method the Colorado Department of Agriculture uses to pay its other boards and commissions whose members incur necessary and actual expenses for travel and for other actual expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. As such, the Board determined to repeal this rule and to adopt by board vote an administrative policy to fall into line with the Department of Agriculture’s methods of reimbursement for such expenses for its other boards and commissions. |
