The purpose of this rulemaking is to remove one species from the Watch List; add one species to the Watch List; update management plans for seven List B species; remove figures from the rule; correct non-substantive typographical errors; update the numbering system to be consistent with other Department rules; and update internal citations to reflect new rules. |
