| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Hearing on proposed modifications and updates to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation rules (to include general VR program, Independent Living and Business Enterprise Program). Additionally, these rules are being transferred from the Department of Human Services to the Department of Labor and Employment. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule promulgation is to transfer rules from the Colorado Department of Human Services to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) consistent with the July 1, 2016 transfer of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to the CDLE.
Additionally, these rules are being modified and updated to reflect regulatory changes resulting from the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). |
