The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend definitions; amend variety location requirements; allow the removal of unwanted male Cannabis plants prior to harvest; clarify requirements for CDA Approved Certified Seed; and clarify the CDA Approved Certified Seed process. Other changes include typographical, grammatical, and non-substantive changes throughout the rule for clarification. |
