Revision of a regulatory requirement that commissioners send written disclosures to the Secretary of State regarding apparent conflicts of interest. Proposal would make written disclosure optional. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This regulation is adopted pursuant to the authority conferred upon the Commission in section 25-8-401(2), C.R.S. and is intended to be consistent with the requirements of the State Administrative Procedure Act. This regulation shall govern all procedures and hearings before the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission (“the Commission”) and the Colorado Water Quality Control Division (“the Division”). They are intended to assure that all such procedures and hearings will be fair and impartial. |
