Table 4 contains the following errors:
• Sulfur -35 Vapor formatting is off, due to the dash for
Column 1 of Table 4B1 being left off, so that the value for Column 2 is in Column 1, the value for Column 3 is in Column 2 and so forth.
• Cerium-143 Class W formatting is off, such that the “LLI wall” designation is under the isotope rather than in Column 1
