•Revise to provide consistency of the title of:
o Rule 4.9.1.1; and,
o Rule 4.9.1.2
•Revise the following to support the legislation within HB 16-1076 and section 12-25-314.5, C.R.S. regarding the new architect retired license status in order to provide a path for an architect in retired status to reinstate their license:
o Rule 4.9.1.1.1; and,
o Rule 4.9.1.2.1
•Repeal the following to support the legislation within HB 16-1076 and section 12-25-314.5, C.R.S. regarding the new architect retired license status in order to provide a path for an architect in retired status to reinstate their license:
o Rule 4.9.1.1.1.1; and,
o Rule 4.9.1.2.1.1 |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision and repeal of the following rules are provided in section 12-25-307(1)(a) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The purpose for the revision and repeal of the following rules is to:
• Revise to provide consistency of the title of:
o Rule 4.9.1.1; and,
o Rule 4.9.1.2
• Revise the following to support the legislation within HB 16-1076 and section 12-25-314.5, C.R.S. regarding the new architect retired license status in order to provide a path for an architect in retired status to reinstate their license:
o Rule 4.9.1.1.1; and,
o Rule 4.9.1.2.1
• Repeal the following to support the legislation within HB 16-1076 and section 12-25-314.5, C.R.S. regarding the new architect retired license status in order to provide a path for an architect in retired status to reinstate their license:
