| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The following rule is promulgated to establish: (1) the application requirements for Emergency Vehicle Authorization resulting in Authorized Emergency Vehicle designation for a privately owned vehicle; (2) designation maintenance and renewal requirements; and (3) designation revocation provisions. |
