Description of Subjects/Issues |
Changes and additions to current liquor rules are based upon recommendations from working groups, comprised of liquor industry stakeholders and the Liquor Enforcement Division. The issues reviewed were categorized within four subject groups: 1) Changes due to SB16-197 2) Changes to Trade Practices 3) Mandated review process and 4) HB-1031 Powdered Alcohol.
The state licensing authority has not, in the past, published a statement of basis and purpose for each regulation found in 1 C.C.R. 203-2. Pursuant to section 24-4-103(4), C.R.S. the state licensing authority intends to propose a statement of basis and purpose for each regulation found in 1 C.C.R. 203-2 in this rulemaking session. Each proposed statement of basis and purpose will be made available to any person at least five days prior to the public hearing to be held on these regulations. |
