| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The objective is to repeal obsolete rules that remain in the Code of Colorado Regulations even though the policies on mobile/manufactured homes are now part of the Assessors’ Reference Library as published by the Property Tax Administrator. (See 39-2-109(e), C.R.S.) |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This action is being taken to repeal 8 CCR 1304-1 in its entirety.
The purpose of the original rules was to set forth the portions of the retail price of mobile homes which represent household furnishings and schedules of depreciation for mobile homes. |
