"To update all Adult Protective Services (APS) rules to:
• Align the rules with changes being made to statute through SB15-109 and HB16-1394,
• Remove redundant rules and requirements,
• Better align with current practice and the Colorado APS data system (CAPS),
• Better align with child protective services rules in areas that do not negatively impact services to at-risk adults, and
Make technical corrections.
