| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of these rules is to set forth provisions governing the Transportation Commission’s actions, administrative practices, and transaction of business. The Transportation Commission is updating its rules to change the name of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (“DBE”) Committee to Small Business and Diversity (“SBD”) Committee, to clarify the timeline of the election of Commission officers, to clarify the role and expand the membership of the Efficiency and Accountability Committee pursuant to House Bill 16-1172, and to make other minor clarifying revisions. The authority under which the Transportation Commission of Colorado shall establish these rules is set forth in § 43-1-106(6) and § 43-1-106(8)(k), C.R.S. |
