| Description of Subjects/Issues |
We propose to amend and make permanent the Temporary Rules Regulating Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) contained in 4 CCR 723-2-2820 through 2827, filed with Tracking Number 2016-00300. These proposed rules are initiated to implement sections 40-17-101 to -104, C.R.S., enacted by HB 16-1414, which require voice service providers to assess customers a monthly surcharge to fund the Colorado Telephone Users with Disabilities Fund. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
We adopt these rules to amend and make permanent the Temporary Rules Regulating Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) contained in 4 CCR 723-2-2820 through 2827, filed with Tracking Number 2016-00300.
