| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposal is to revise the section on permit fees to correspond to the Water Quality Control Act regarding fee sectors and to delete provisions referencing fee proration. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These regulations are promulgated in implementation of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act as amended, and in particular sections 25-8-501 through 505, C.R.S., as amended and are designed to be in conformity with that act and the Federal Clean Water Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. |
