| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To increase new liquor application fees pursuant to Sections 12-47-501 (1.5) and 24-75-402 (4) C.R.S. to adjust the fees upward to reflect the direct and indirect costs of the Liquor Enforcement Division and the State Licensing Authority.
The Division is also reducing the product registration fee to reduce costs associated with registering alcohol brands. |
