| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Dental Board is proposing amending, repealing, or creating the following rules: I, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XIV, XV, XVI, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, and XXV in order to implement new laws; update and re-organize existing requirements; and eliminate unnecessary regulation. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado Dental Board amended the following rules: I, III, IV, V, IX, X, XIV, XV, XVIII, XX, XXI, XXIII, and XXIV.
The Colorado Dental Board repealed the following rules: VI, VII, VIII, XIX, and XXII.
The Colorado Dental Board promulgated the following new rules: XVI and XXV. Rule XXV was adopted in order to implement House Bill 15-1309 concerning the placement of interim therapeutic restorations by dental hygienists.
The Board adopted all of these rule changes in order to implement new laws; update and re-organize existing requirements; and eliminate unnecessary regulation. |
