| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Dental Board is proposing amending Rule II in response to House Bill 16-1257 “concerning implementation of recommendations of the Committee on Legal Services in connection with legislative review of rules and regulations of state agencies.” Once this bill becomes law it will expire Rule II concerning financial responsibility exemptions in its entirety on May 15, 2016, on the grounds that the rule either conflicts with statute or lacks or exceeds statutory authority, unless the rule is amended through an emergency rulemaking hearing. |
