The Search & Rescue Advisory Council and Colorado County Sheriffs
Repeal of Rule 8 CCR 1307-1 to clarify that the search and rescue fund is required by C.R.S. 33-1-112.5 to reimburse all agencies and political subdivisions of the state shall have the right to make a claim on the search and rescue fund for reimbursement of costs incurred in the performance of search and rescue activities established by a Tiered system. The repeal removes language not required in C.R.S. 33-1-112.5. |
