The Board adopted this Regulation to clarify the meaning of the term, “material particulars” in the sale of a motor vehicle by a dealer to a buyer, the relationship of material damage to material particulars, and the process of disclosure of material particulars by the dealer |
| Comments |
The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board convened in open session on February 25, 2016, for the scheduled rule-making hearing. A quorum of the Board was present. Each Board Member had before them a copy of the entire Rule-making Record complete through 9:00 AM on February 22, 2016. The Director of the Auto Industry Division presented the Rule-making Record. Comments were received from members of the public and from a Division knowledge expert. The Board deliberated and voted unanimously to adopt the proposed rules before them with a few changes. |
