| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to update and adopt rules addressing inspection authority and access; volunteer plants; reporting requirements; waiver requests; certified seed; and the carryover of plant material between registrations. Other changes include adding definitions and clarifying language. These amendments incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
