| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to provide clarification that make the rule easier to read and understand; update language; terms; and definitions. Revisions will also reflect changes in industry practice, address board concerns, and clarify the rules while encouraging the development of the alternative livestock industry within Colorado. These amendments incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
