| Reason |
The READ Act rules were originally notice for a rulemaking hearing on December 9, 2015. At that time the State Board made a motion to table the existing READ Act rules and re-notice the rules to allow for further discussion on items within the rules that was not originally noticed. The current tracking number for these rules, TN 2015-00687, will be terminated and replaced with TN 2015-00848. |
