| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To provide revisions that will make the rules easier to read and understand; delete obsolete language; correct typographical errors; update references and language; update definitions; and correct formatting. These revisions exempt refrigerated ammonia systems and delete all refrigerated ammonia Rules; and include a records retention requirement on inspections and welding on containers. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
