Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider proposed revisions to the Common Provisions Regulation. The proposal revises the affirmative defense provisions in Sections II.E. and II.J. that is consistent with EPA's State Implementation Plan (SIP) call to amend provisions applying to excess emissions during periods of startup, shutdown and malfunction. |
