| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To revise existing and adopt new permanent rules governing Retail Marijuana Establishments and Licensees in compliance with the mandates and objectives of the Colorado constitutional and statutory requirements. These rules are intended to comprehensively administer the Retail Marijuana Code by facilitating a robust regulatory and enforcement environment. |
