| Description of Subjects/Issues |
to consider revisions to Regulation Number 6, Part A (NSPS) to incorporate by reference changes the EPA made to its New Source Performance Standards rules. Additionally, the Division will request that the Commission approve of Colorado’s revised CAA Section 111(d) State Plan for Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (“HMIWI”), which implements the emission guidelines and compliance times for this source category specified in 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart Ce. |
