| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of Rule 8 is to establish playing rules for blackjack and procedures for conducting blackjack games in compliance with section 12-47.1-302 (2). |
| Comments |
Amendments to Rule 8 Rules of Blackjack to add paytables to several games, to update ownership information and make corrections to a game, and to promulgate rules for a new game of blackjack. Amendments Rule 13 Purchase and Redemption of Coins, Chips, and Tokens, for consistency and clarification as a result of the mandated rule review process. |
