| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this amendment is to repeal the rule. The rule should have been repealed when the changes made to Department Regulation Gross Receipts Tax rule, 39-22-104(5) were adopted, but repeal of this rule was not fulfilled by the Secretary of State. Therefore, the content of this rule is already in Department rule 39-22-104(5) and is unnecessary. |
