The purpose of the rules is to establish the continuing professional competency requirements, clean up prior rules and to provide reporting requirements to OTs and OTAs |

Both the redline and clean version of the rules are attached for review. A stakeholder meeting for these proposed rules will take place on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 1560 Broadway, in Conference Room 110A.
Any written comments to the proposed rules should be submitted no later than December 26th, 2014. |
