| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To provide recommend standards for Animal Control Officers including guidance on training and education; what records should be maintained and made available to the Commissioner; and who should maintain those records. For Bureau of Animal Protection Agents these revisions also establish required training and continuing education; establish statistical reporting requirements; include impoundment reporting requirements; and remove out-dated, unclear, and redundant language throughout the rule. |
