| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To revise existing and adopt new permanent rules governing Medical Marijuana Businesses and Licensees in compliance with the mandates and objectives of the Colorado constitutional and statutory requirements. These rules are designed to facilitate a robust regulatory and enforcement environment that protects public safety and prevents diversion of Medical Marijuana to individuals under the age of 21 or to individuals outside the state of Colorado. |
