| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Proposed amendments will require all licensed health care entities to develop quality management plans, including assisted living facilities & group homes for the developmentally and intellectually disabled which are currently exempt. Proposed amendments will also change the requirement that licensees submit their quality management plans to the Dept. & instead require that licensees make the plans available for review by Dept. representatives during the on-site licensing inspection process. |
