| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these proposed rules are to comply with Senate Bill 14-184. The revisions adopt a registration time period of 30 days prior to planting with the elimination of the May 1 registration deadline; and allow the Department to collect crop intended harvest date and disposition information 30 days prior to harvest, rather than 7 days prior to harvest. |
