| Description of Subjects/Issues |
. House Bill 13-1314, which became effective March 1, 2014, made a number of changes regarding services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The proposed amendments reflect those legislative changes by revising definitions and statutory references to be consistent with the current statute. |
