| Comments |
The purpose is to revise the Rules and Regulations pertaining to the Private Occupational Education Act of 1981, as amended, and specifically concerning the annual adjustment of fees pursuant to 12-59-116(1) and (3), C.R.S., under which the board shall annually by rule consider adjustment in the amount of the fees assessed to private occupational schools to accurately reflect the establishment of fees for the direct and indirect costs of the administration of the Act. |
