Description of Subjects/Issues To adopt new rules to comply with Executive Order D2013-007 to identify a list of banned substances that may not be used in the cultivation or processing of marijuana. There are currently more than 12,000 pesticides registered with the State of Colorado with only a few hundred pesticides that can be legally used. In the interet of efficiency and ease the Department has created a list of pesticides that can be legally used rather than the thousands that cannot.
Comments Any interested party may file written comment with the Commissioner’s office prior to the hearing, or present at the aforementioned hearing written data, views or arguments.
