Amendment of § 6.04 Annual Commission Fee |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this amendment to Section 6.04 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3) is to amend paragraph (a) reflect the annual Commission fee to be assessed for fiscal year 2014-2015. This amendment does not change the amounts of the annual Commission fees, but merely changes the regulations to reflect the 2014-2015 fiscal year. |
