| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The current version of CB101.64 mirrors the OCC's interim rule, which was replaced by their final rule, effective October 1, 2013, which reduces the compliance burden for national banks. Without the emergency amendment, CO state chartered banks are held to a stricter standard and are at a competitve disadvantage. |
