Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to establish a continuing professional competency program pursuant to section 12-41-114.6, C.R.S., wherein a licensed physical therapist shall maintain and demonstrate continuing professional competency in order to renew, reinstate, or reactive a license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado. |

Comments |
Rules 207 and 213 will be effective 11/01/2014, in order to coincide with the start date of the next 2-year renewal period for licensed physical therapists when this current one concludes on 10/31/14. |
