repeal of 6 CCR 1016-1, Nurse Home Visitor Program pursuant to HB13-1117, wherein the program was transferred from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to the Colorado Department of Human Services effective July 1, 2013. The Nurse Home Visitor Program is no longer administered by CDPHE, and CDPHE no longer has statutory authority to promulgate rules through the Board of Health. |
