| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The MOST Program Rules, 2 CCR 601-23, became effective on November 17, 2013. Thereafter, the Office of Legislative Legal Services required the rules to be amended to correct a typographical error to Rule 9.01.7 and address range dimensions in Rule 9.02. The Department has determined that range dimensions are not required by statute to be explicitly included in the rules and thus propose deleting 9.02 The rules are only opened for these issues raised by the Office of Legislative Legal Services.
