| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to support the safe transportation of hazardous materials in the State of Colorado and to adopt pursuant to statutory authority applicable standards related to the permitting, routing & transportation of hazardous and nuclear materials and the intrastate transportation of the agricultural products in the State of Colorado. |
