| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed change is required to comply with an order of the Denver District Court & Gov.Hickenlooper’s Exe. Order D2012-002. The proposed change eliminates a major portion of the existing regulation on patient record copy costs since that matter is already addressed in state & federal laws that licensed health care facilities are required to comply with.The change clarifies that copies of patient records requested for the sole purpose of continuing medical care must be provided at no cost. |
