| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To simplify emissions reporting and permitting requirements, including removing the “catchall” provisions and removing the crude oil storage tank permit exemptions. These revisions support the Air Pollution Control Division’s proposal to fully adopt NSPS OOOO. |
