Through the permanent rulemaking process, the State Licensing Authority identified two public safety issues, (1) concentrate production safety and (2) edible product consumer safety, that it required additional information and public input on prior to adopting rules. Therefore, this rule making hearing is to promulgate clear and thorough rules that will address these important public safety issues. |
