The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on, 6 CCR 1009-9, Rules Pertaining to Reporting, Prevention and Control of AIDS, HIV Related Illness and HIV Infection. The proposed changes include changes to update counseling and testing language, reporting requirements for CD4 laboratory test reporting, and information sharing. Signed notice is attached. |
