| Description of Subjects/Issues |
These rules are adopted to implement the Director’s authority to license persons as audiologists and to set forth the requirements for being so licensed. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rules are adopted by the Director in order to clarify statutory
requirements pursuant to Article 29.9 of Title 12. The purpose of this rule
is to clarify the transition of a trainee license type, establish the time
period during which an apprentice license shall be valid, and to specify
the components of the training required to be completed by apprentices
pursuant to sections 12-29.9-101(7)(b), 12-29.9-108(2)(l), 12-5.5-201(3)
